Men’s Health Peer Network Meeting
The Men’s Health Peer Group at the California Black Health Network (CBHN) is a dedicated space for Black men to connect, learn, and support one another on their journey toward better health and well-being. Rooted in community, culture, and empowerment, this group brings together men of all ages to discuss real-life challenges, share experiences, and build healthier habits—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Through peer-led conversations, wellness workshops, and resource-sharing, participants explore topics such as chronic disease prevention, mental health, stress management, fitness, nutrition, relationships, advocacy, and navigating the healthcare system. The group provides a judgment-free zone that uplifts brotherhood and encourages proactive, culturally responsive approaches to health.
Whether you’re looking to improve your wellness, find support, or simply connect with other Black men who understand your experiences, the Men’s Health Peer Group offers a welcoming community focused on healing, empowerment, and long-term health.
