Covered California offers a range of health insurance options that include comprehensive coverage, access to preventive care, and financial help to lower monthly premiums for eligible applicants. With plans from top providers and benefits such as doctor visits, hospital stays, and mental health services, Covered California ensures that Californians have access to the care they need.
Enhanced Premium Tax Credits
The enhanced premium tax credits are set to expire at the end of 2025. If Congress does not act to extend them before then, more than 4 million Americans are expected to forgo health coverage.

How does CBHN partner with Covered California?
CBHN advocates for health equity in all regions of California with the mission to create a healthier Black California. To this end, CBHN has partnered with Covered California to increase access to affordable healthcare with a specific focus on unemployed, underemployed, undocumented, gig workers, beauty stylists, and others who do not have affordable access to healthcare through their employers or parents.
CBHN’s certified enrollers work in the local communities through outreach and onsite signups to enroll people into Covered California programs.
