Chill Vibrations

2355 Westwood Blvd (Remote), Los Angeles, CA 90064

My practice is grounded in a deep commitment to health equity, relational justice, and culturally responsive care. As a Caribbean-American woman and daughter of an immigrant, I understand how cultural identity and systemic oppression influence emotional well-being and relationships. I prioritize creating a healing space where BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other historically marginalized clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Through trauma-informed care, inclusive language, and nervous system-focused strategies, I help clients heal generational wounds, reclaim their voice, and cultivate connections rooted in safety, confidence, and self-worth. Equity isn’t just a value in my practice—it’s the foundation of how I hold space, support healing, and build transformational relationships.

About Maya Dajon

chillvibrations.com/

I’m Maya Dajon — an Award-Winning Wellness Practitioner with doctoral-level training in mental health. I specialize in Relationship Healing for high-achieving individuals and couples navigating emotional disconnection, toxic patterns, and unresolved relationship wounds. Through non-clinical methods, I utilize Emotionally Focused Interventions, EFT Tapping, and Somatic Body Awareness to support nervous system regulation, enhance communication, and help clients develop deeper self-awareness and emotional resilience. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy, advanced behavioral health training through UCLA Extension, with a specialization in LGBTQ+ wellness. Drawing from my background in psychology, training in Social Emotional Arts, and evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Interventions and Somatic Body Awareness techniques, I will guide YOU through processing past pain, deepening self-love, and cultivating more fulfilling relationships in our Non-Clinical counseling sessions.

Experience

I bring over a decade of combined academic, clinical, and wellness-based experience supporting individuals and couples through relationship healing. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, and advanced training from UCLA Extension as a Behavioral Health Support Specialist with a focus on LGBTQ+ wellness. As the founder of Chill Vibrations—a UCLA Bruin 100 Award-winning company—I’ve built a wellness practice that bridges psychology, nervous system education, and culturally responsive care. My professional background spans trauma-informed community work, somatic awareness practices, and emotionally attuned relationship support, particularly for high-achieving women, BIPOC clients, and queer couples navigating complex relational dynamics.
